ID verification may be requested at any time. Reservations made by or for underage guests will be canceled without refund. This policy helps ensure responsible stays and protects the property for everyone’s enjoyment. ⏰ Late Checkout (Unless Pre-Approved) Our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive immediately at checkout and may be waiting outside. Late departures disrupt not only this home but others serviced that day. 10–30 minutes late: $25 30–60 minutes late: $100 Over 60 minutes: $250 Please message us before checkout if you need more time—we’ll try to accommodate when possible! 🛬 Early Check-In (When Available & Approved) We’ll always try to offer early check-in when the cleaning schedule allows: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Free (when pre-approved) 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: $75 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: $150 Before 10:00 AM: ½ night’s rate Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 🧼 Extra Cleaning Fee We ask that you leave the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional charges: $25–$500, depending on severity Examples: trash left throughout the home, stained furniture, strong odors, spills, etc. 🍽️ Dirty Dishes Please load and run the dishwasher if used. If dishes are left dirty and scattered: $25–$50 cleaning fee may apply. 🧺 Towels & Sheets We provide high-quality linens for your stay. If towels or sheets are missing, damaged, or permanently stained: Towels: Replacement cost + $10 Sheets: Replacement cost + $10 🚭 No Smoking Indoors This is a smoke-free property (including vaping). Smoking indoors will result in a $250–$500 remediation fee. 🐶 Unauthorized Pets Dogs are only allowed with advance approval (if permitted at this property). Pet fee is $100 for the first dog and $100 for additional dogs. 50 lb weight limit and two dog limit. Feel free to make special requests, but not all will be approved! Fee for unauthorized pets: $250 per pet + any damages. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts Lost key fobs or reprogramming of smart locks: Fee: $75–$150, depending on situation. 👥 Extra Guests / Events No unregistered guests or parties are allowed.
