Note: Additional charges may apply if these policies are not followed. 🚗 Parking The HOA requires a $25 parking pass per vehicle. • Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times during your stay. • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per reservation. • There is no additional on-site parking available for extra vehicles, trailers, or boats. 🔞 Age Requirement The primary guest must be 21 or older and present during the stay. Identification may be requested. Reservations made by or for underage guests will be canceled without refund. ⏰ Checkout & Early Arrival Our cleaning team is scheduled immediately after checkout to prepare the home for the next guests. Late Checkout (without approval) • 10–30 minutes: $25 • 30–60 minutes: $100 • 60+ minutes: $250 Early Check-In (when available) • 2–4 PM: Free • 12–2 PM: $75 • 10 AM–12 PM: $150 • Before 10 AM: ½ night’s rate Early check-in requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 🧼 Cleaning Expectations Please leave the home in reasonable condition. • Excessive cleaning required: $25–$500 depending on actual cost • Please load and start the dishwasher before checkout if dishes were used Dirty or unattended dishes may result in $25–$50 additional cleaning. 🧺 Linens & Towels Missing or permanently stained linens will be charged at replacement cost plus a $10 handling fee. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. Violation will result in a $250–$500 remediation fee. 🐶 Pets Dogs only with prior approval. • $100 first dog • $100 each additional dog • Maximum 2 dogs under 50 lbs Unauthorized pets: $250 per pet plus damages. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts Replacement or lock reprogramming may result in a $75–$150 fee depending on the situation. 👥 Extra Guests / Parties Only registered guests are permitted at the property.
