Smoking indoors: $250–$500 remediation fee. 🐶 Pets Dogs only, with prior approval. Pet fee: $100 first dog, $100 each additional (max 2, under 50 lbs). Unauthorized pets: $250 per pet + damages. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts Replacement/reprogramming: $75–$150 depending on situation. 👥 Extra Guests / Parties Only registered guests allowed. Unauthorized guests or events: $250 minimum per occurrence. May result in removal without refund. 🛡️ Damage Waiver A non-refundable damage waiver is included: Little Lagoon $33 (covers up to $599) Summer Salt $39 (covers up to $799) Hangout House $56 (covers up to $1,000) Covers accidental damage only.
